x402 Hackathon Submission

GIORGIO MORODER An algorithmic execution engine where agents trigger decentralized oracle recomputation via x402 payments and SEDA, enabling the deterministic issuance of USX402: a liquid, strategy-backed claim powered by automated LP management on Cronos.

MORODER ENGINE AGENT x402 SEDA USX402

The Execution Pipeline

Deterministic intelligence-to-execution flow. Giorgio Moroder converts paid oracle requests into LP-backed strategic claims through a verified five-step process:

01

Request Initiation

An agent, bot, or protocol triggers execution via an x402-protected endpoint. Intent: signals the need for liquidity rebalance or capital deployment.

POST /execute
02

x402 Payment Gating

Native, gasless pay-per-execution authorization on Cronos. Sustainability: the requester covers oracle cost and prevents spam.

payment: x402
03

SEDA Decentralized Computation

SEDA recomputes the Risk Envelope from off-chain market data, producing fair price, volatility, and liquidity depth.

seda.validate()
04

Policy Engine Authorization

Deterministic policy checks validate the execution request against real-time risk constraints (e.g., Steady vs Wild).

policy.check()
05

Asset Issuance & Deployment

The USX402 claim is deterministically issued, and capital is deployed into the selected LP strategy when authorized.

Execution-Ready Oracle Intelligence

The oracle does not return prices. It returns a multidimensional execution payload that agents and smart contracts use to make deterministic capital allocation decisions.

On-Chain Output Format

Canonical format: int256[4] with 1e6 scale precision.

Index Field Description
0 fair_price Reference value for pricing, collateralization, and execution sizing. Unit: USD (1e6)
1 confidence Reliability assessment (0.0 a 1.0). Higher values indicate more deterministic execution environments.
2 max_size Capital sizing constraint. Maximum claim size the oracle authorizes given current risk parameters.
3 flags Machine-readable risk states as bitmask. Each bit represents a specific risk condition.

Confidence Computation

confidence = f(oracle_divergence, volatility, liquidity_depth)
  • oracle_divergence: Deviation between SEDA nodes
  • volatility: Price variance in time window
  • liquidity_depth: Market depth in underlying assets

Risk Flags (Bitmask)

Bit 0 VOLATILITY_ALERT
Bit 1 LIQUIDITY_STRESS
Bit 2 ORACLE_DIVERGENCE
Bit 3 CIRCUIT_BREAKER

This structure allows agents and smart contracts to decide if, when, and how much capital to deploy. Claims are only issued when intelligence authorizes it.

Synthetic Claims, Not Stablecoins

USX402 is not a stablecoin. No peg is assumed. No immediate redemption is promised.

USX402 represents a redeemable synthetic claim on protocol-managed capital deployed under a WCRO/USDC LP strategy. Burning USX402 triggers settlement in USDC, subject to the liquidity state and risk controls enforced by the Capital Engine.

The protocol does not guarantee:

  • 1:1 backing at all times
  • Immediate redemption on demand
  • Fixed redemption rates

What the protocol does guarantee:

  • Deterministic issuance based on verified oracle output
  • Transparent capital allocation rules
  • Composability with external agents and protocols

Execution-Grade Oracles

"Instead of asking 'what is the price?', agents ask 'should I execute?'"

Enabling Agentic Finance on Cronos

GIORGIO MORODER is not just an oracle feed. It is infrastructure for autonomous financial agents that require verified, execution-grade intelligence to operate safely in DeFi environments.

01

Sustainability

Revenue-Driven Oracle Market

Traditional oracles rely on subsidies. GIORGIO MORODER generates real demand through per-execution payments. The protocol is self-sustaining because agents pay for intelligence.

"Real demand drives permanent oracle infrastructure."

02

Security

Reduced Systemic Risk

LP-managed capital reduces systemic exposure. Cryptographic verification via SEDA. Deterministic authorization eliminates manipulation.

"Collateralized issuance minimizes systemic exposure."

03

Autonomy

Agent Independence

Agents pay only for the intelligence they need. No dependency on human operators. Decisions execute based on verified data.

"Autonomous agents, verified intelligence."
